다이어트한다고 어제 알파 CD 먹어서 그런가 검색해보니 적응기간에는 그렇다는데 어제부터 묽은변 계속 나오는중. 분명 그제부터 먹은게 별로 없는데 양이 많은걸보면 묵었던것까지 장에 있는거 전부 다 쓸고 나오나보댜 🤔
